Santaluz Golf Course Lots

I spent some time this weekend reviewing golf lot options in Santaluz for a client of mine.  Specifically we were looking for lots without power lines which can be hard to find.

The lots I located are one half to one acre and go for around a half million each. Many are sold with build to suit options with the architect and contractor in place with approved floor plans. The homes range from one and a half to five million dollars.

 

Time Change Reminder: It’s Fall Back Time

Daylight Saving Time is ending so it’s “Fall Back” time.  Turn your clock back one hour before going to bed on Saturday evening.

It’s even more important to use the semi-annual time change as a reminder to 
test your smoke detectors
.  Do the test twice annually during “Spring Forward” and “Fall Back” and change to a fresh battery if needed.

Also drive extra safe on our freeways as the evening commute will be significantly less light with the time change.

 

Is San Diego the Luckiest City in the U.S.?

On the lighter side Time Magazine highlights our favorite city as the nation’s luckiest referring to a Men’s Health analysis using some interesting criteria.

“San Diego’s multiple jackpot winners, its low lightning strike count, and its low number of lightning-related injuries and deaths helped push it to the top,” David Zinczenko, Men’s Health editor in chief
