Buyers Agent

Assist clients throughout the home purchase process. Interview prospects, execute buyer brokerage agreement (exclusive representation), coordinate showings with client and Showing Agent, draft purchase agreement contracts, negotiate purchase terms, negotiate request for repairs.

Showing Agent

Schedule tours with listing agents and sellers, conduct showings with clients that are exclusively represented by our team. Coordinate and communicate clients showing feedback with Buyers Agent.

Realtor Associate

Full service consultative approach with consumers on lease, purchase and sale transactions.  Coordinate showings, open houses, escrow with team resources.

Transaction Coordinator

Coordinate with Buyers Agent upon opening of escrow. Collect disclosures and manage transaction administration post escrow open to escrow close.
